Riportiamo una notizia publicata dal KyotoClub che conferma quello che i trend nazionali già stavano anticipando. Il fotovoltaico in Italia è in fortissima crescita. 25 MWp installati in un mese.

In poco più di 30 giorni operativi nuovi 25 MW con il conto energia. Un record! In linea con l'obiettivo dei 140 MW per il 2008. Dati interessanti sulle installazioni pro capite: primo il Trentino Alto Adige, ultima la Campania, solo 13a la Lombardia.

Dalla nostra più recente elaborazione dei dati relativi al conto energia è passato un mese. In questo arco di tempo le installazioni messe in rete sono cresciute molto rapidamente: in poco più di 30 giorni la potenza in esercizio è cresciuta di circa 25 megawatt per nuovi 1.965 impianti, un ruolino di marcia mai registrato finora, più del doppio rispetto ai precedenti mesi del 2008. Inoltre, dopo due anni e mezzo di funzionamento del conto energia possiamo iniziare a valutare qualche nuovo dato interessante sull'andamento regionale delle installazioni e notare anche qualche sorpresa.

Ma vediamo prima di tutto i dati generali. Secondo gli ultimi dati forniti dal GSE (25 agosto 2008) gli impianti fotovoltaici (vecchio e nuovo conto energia) entrati in esercizio sono in totale, 15.122 per una potenza pari a 170,8 MW: 100,2 MW (4.807 impianti) per il vecchio conto energia e 70,6 MW (10.315 impianti) per il nuovo conto energia.
Nel solo il 2008, dopo 33 settimane dell’anno risultano in esercizio, nuovi 7.459 impianti per una potenza di circa 91,4 MW: per il vecchio conto energia 39,1 MW (584 impianti) e per il nuovo conto energia 52,3 MW (6.875 impianti).

Con l'exploit di queste ultime settimane le medie crescono sensibilmente. Infatti dall’inizio dell’anno risultano operativi ogni settimana circa 226 impianti e una potenza di 2,7 MW, in media circa 11-12 MW al mese.
Queste medie sono pressoché in linea con il possibile raddoppio dell’installato in esercizio in Italia nell’anno 2007, cioè con l'obiettivo di 140 MW (nel 2007 furono 70 i MW in funzione, per 6.264 impianti).

In base ai dati ufficiali del GSE relativi allo sviluppo regionale delle installazioni (in questo caso le cifre si riferiscono al 1° agosto 2008), la Lombardia è sempre in testa per potenza installata con circa 18,8 MW e anche per numero di impianti (2.360), ma vicinissima è ora l’Emilia Romagna con 18,5 MW e la Puglia con 18 MW (una graduatoria regionale completa delle installazioni FV verrà pubblicata ai primi di settembre con i nuovi dati forniti dal gestore).
Ma la sorpresa è che se questi numeri li valutiamo sul numero degli abitanti residenti nelle Regioni le posizioni cambiano radicalmente. In questa speciale graduatoria elaborata da Qualenergia.it, e relativa esclusivamente al conto energia, la leadership è del Trentino Alto Adige con 16,9 Watt per abitante, seguita da Umbria (10,1 Wp) e Marche (5,12); quarta l’Emilia Romagna, quinta la Puglia. Per ritrovare la Lombardia bisogna scendere al 13° posto. Modesto il risultato del Lazio. Chiude la classifica, molto lontana dalla media nazionale che è 2,8 Wp/abitante, la Campania con 0,65 Wp.
